I also have had a great experience with Regency,my fiance and I purchased my engagement ring in May 2015, and on Christmas day that same year a tiny diamond fell out of the setting. I contacted them about repairs as i live in NSW. They were very helpful, quick to return phone calls, and I have my ring back, beautifully cleaned and repaired in 7 days at no cost to me. My experience with Regency Jeweller's has been amazing. After purchasing a beautiful opal ring during August 2014, I was most upset to lose the opal not long after I got home to Melbourne. I emailed them and told them what had happened and they immediately offered to replace the opal. I sent the ring back to them and a few days ago received a beautiful replaced opal in the ring. They also replaced the claws that held the opal, all at no cost to me.
